Rest between sets: Level 3 – 10 sec, Level 2 – 20 sec, Level 1 – 30 sec
Note: Each round MUST be performed unbroken and the chosen rest period must be followed. Only perform this workout with as Rx weight if you are capable of also adhering to the Level 3 (10 sec) rest period. Otherwise choose a weight and rest time that allow you to be successful.
