- Invite friends all week to workout with you for FREE! Or just show up like normal and we’ll partner you up! Register yourself or your friends HERE!

- Tuesday, July 4th – One class only at 9am
- Tuesday, July 4th’s Foundations will be held on Monday, July 3rd
- Beginning July 3rd the morning 8am and 9am classes will be combined into one class at 9am.
In teams of 4, complete the following for time:
3 Shuttle Runs each (cone @ 10m, 20m, 30m) – alternating
30 Alternating Squat Clean (155/105)
30 Alternating Box Jump Overs (20″)
30 Burpees in unison
30 Calorie Row each – relay style
