Station 1: 10 Single-arm Lateral Raise Plus Iso Hold (5 each arm)
then, 10 Lateral Raises / 200m Run / Wall Sit
Station 2: AMRAP 20 Ball Slams/ 20 Wall Balls
Stations 3: 20 Single-leg V-ups / Wall Sit
Station 4: KB Farmer Carry w/ Increasing Burpees by 2 every 10m.
