GYM CLOSED – Fri, May 17th – Sun, May 19th the gym will be closed for Spring Fling set up and the event. During this time there will not be any 24/7 access.
Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes, complete:
Hang Power Snatch x 5 reps
– increase load as possible
Every 6 minutes for 18 minutes (3 rounds), complete:
20 Alternating DB Snatches (50/35)
10 Renegade Rows (50’s/35’s)
