Teams of 2-3, complete the following for time:
Run 1 mile w/ 45# plate*
150 Pull Ups**
Run 1 mile w/ 45# plate*

*Use only one 45# plate per team. Athletes may pass the weight around as needed, but if the weight is set down the entire team performs 10 Burpees each.

**Only one athlete may perform Pull Ups at a time. One athlete must be holding the 45# plate at all times. If the weight is set down the entire team performs 10 Burpees each.
