In teams of 2, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 22 minutes of:
200m Run w/ plate (run w/o plate)
20 Plate Ground to Overhead (rest)
20 Plate Overhead Walking Lunges (lunge w/o plate)
20 Plate Back Squats (air squats)
One plate shared between partners (45/35), person w/o plate does parentheses for same number of reps. Plate switches partners after a full round is completed. Plate may not touch the ground for the duration of the workout, except TNG on the GTOH, or both partners perform a 10 Burpee penalty before continuing in the workout.
