We believe that mobility should be integrated into every CrossFitter’s weekly exercise regime. Our Mobility classes are designed to aid and improve your overall performance in the many movements used in our CrossFit and Weightlifting classes.

In this 30-minute class we work to improve your overall movement patterns through a 4-step process:

Inhibit – Soft tissue manipulation to relax overactive (tight) muscles using a foam roller, lacrosse ball, or other apparatus
Lengthen – Short and long holds in traditional and non-traditional patterns to improve joint ROM (range of motion)
Activate – Specific exercises to target underactive muscles
Integrate – Performing exercises that incorporate that day’s focus into functional movement patterns
This class is a perfect supplement to your current CrossFit routine and highly recommended for all CrossFit athletes.
