SWOD 20 min to establish a 1RM Bench Press WOD Every 6 min for 18min (3 rounds), for times: 10 Hang Power Snatch (135/95) 15 Burpees 400m Run Note: The Snatches should be performed in no more than 2 sets each round. I guess it’s just natural to collapse after CrossFit!
