General Warm-up: 400m Run Group Warm-up Strength: 3 X 3 Power Clean “Amanda” 9-7-5 for time of: Muscle Ups Snatch (135/95) Note: The Snatches are full squat snatches.  You may either do a Squat Snatch or a Power Snatch + an Overhead Squat.  Choose a weight that allows you to complete the range of motion.
