WOD

You may pick a WOD that you missed from earlier in the week or choose a named CrossFit workout – the girls, heroes, or games workouts.  You may not create your own WOD.  This is an excellent time to test benchmarks.

When/Where:  This Sunday, August 10th, meet at the gym at 6:45am.
What:  This is about a 7 mile hike round trip.  The goal is to get up there early enough and be done by lunch so we can grab some food and brews as group before heading back to Denver.
