You may pick a WOD that you missed from earlier in the week or choose a named CrossFit workout – the girls, heroes, or games workouts.  You may not create your own WOD.  This is an excellent time to test benchmarks.
Spring_Fling_Announcement
This weekend is the Spring Fling!  Reminder that classes are cancelled this afternoon through the weekend.  Check the schedule for details.  If you are judging for the competition there is a mandatory judges meeting tonight at 6pm at the gym.  For all other volunteers, please be at the gym at 7:30 am Saturday morning.  Thank you in advance, this is going to be a great event!
