10 Hip Extensions

Strength

15 min to establish a 3RM TNG Deadlift
NOTE: Must be performed with a perfect midline.  Do not push to the point of breakdown in midline stabilization.

WOD

9 min AMRAP of:
7 Thrusters (115/75)
7 Pullups
