General Warm-up:

400m Run/500m Row

Group Warm-up

WOD:

20 min AMRAP of:
200m Run
15 Tri-Rope Double Unders
2 Rope Climbs
1 Slack Line Traverse*
*Must attempt the Slack Line 3 times each round.  After 3 failed attempts perform 10 Burpees

Endurance:

Run  5M @ last week’s 5k pace
Row 8000m @ last week’s 5k pace

Tell yourself you’re not tired and you’ll be able to push harder and longer, could that really work?

New research shows that fatigue starts in your head before your body is actually out of energy.  So if we can override the mind’s belief that we’ve had enough we can continue to push ourselves to new limits.  That sounds great from a crossfitter’s point of view!  So how do we do it?  Click here to read more.
