WOD:

KB Swing Breathing Ladder (55/35)

Perform 1 KB Swing, take 1 deep breath, 2 Swings, 2 deep breaths, 3 swings, 3 deep breaths,etc. Continue up to 15 swings and 15 breaths, then back down to 1 and 1.
