“Tabata This”

Squat
Pushup
Pullup
Situp

Tabata intervals consist of 20 sec of max effort work followed by 10 sec rest and repeated for 8 rounds.  Complete all rounds for one exercise before moving on to the next.  Rest 1 min between exercises.  Your score is the lowest number of reps completed in any of the 8 rounds. Add score from each movement for total score.  The row is scored in calories.
