WOD:

3 Rounds for time of:
Bike 2 miles
50 Situps*
30 KB Swings (55/35)*

*Perform 3 Burpees at the top of each minute while not on the bike ride.

Note: If you do not have a bike you will run 900m each round. If you have your bike you must bring and wear your helmet!
