As many of you may have noticed, the classes have been growing quite a bit lately!  It is so amazing to have such a dedicated group of individuals pursuing elite fitness!

Effective immediately we are now offering the following new class times:

5am M-F

8am M-F

7pm M/W

6:30am Sat @ Red Rocks

Tough Mudder

Next Saturday (not this one) we have a group of 8 athletes braving the Tough Mudder!  Come up and support them and watch people get electrocuted!
