WOD:

As a team of 2 complete the following for time:

1000m Row alternating every 250m

then 2 rounds of:

  • 20 Burpees
  • 40 Pullups
  • 60 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
  • 80 Lunges
  • 100 Situps
