Diet Sodas Aren’t Better For You

It seems so good it has to be true: diet soda with artificial sweeteners don’t have as many calories so they’re healthier for you. Wrong.  A recent study shows that diet soda drinkers experience weight gain at a higher rate than non-diet soda drinkers over a 9.5 year period.

Why? It might be due to the confusion your brain experiences when it expects a lot of calories but the artificial sweeteners don’t deliver. Read more
