Every 75 seconds for 10 sets, complete:
Overhead Squat x 5-5-4-4-3-3-2-2-1-1

– increase load w/ each rep decrease

WOD

In 3 minutes complete the following for time:
Run 200m
5 Single-arm DB Overhead Squats (50/35), right arm
5 Single-arm DB Overhead Squats (50/35), left arm
30 ft DB Farmer Carry (50’s/35’s)

Rest 2 minutes, repeat for a total of 4 rounds. Score each round for time.
