WOD

As a class, accumulate 300 pts per athlete, for time:
Pull Up, Push Up, Sit Up, Squat, Lunge = 1point
Handstand Push Up = 3 points
Bar/Ring Muscle Up = 5 points

Note: Athletes should focus on foam rolling or other mobility with remaining class time
