rest 30 seconds
Star Plank w/ DB Rotations x 10 reps, each side
rest 30 seconds
Anit-rotation Banded Deadbug x 30 seconds, each side
rest 60 seconds

WOD

“Snatch Me If You Can”

Complete as many reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
Squat Snatch

Level 3 – 155/105
Level 2 – 115/65 (Ground to Overhead)
Level 1 – 75/45 (Ground to Overhead)
