*Set 1 – 5 reps @ 40%
*Set 2 – 5 reps @ 50%
*Set 3 – 5 reps @ 60%

*rest as needed between sets

WOD

“DT Complex”

Without dropping the bar, complete the following sequence:

12 Deadlift
9 Hang Power Clean
6 Push Jerk

Note: Once you have completed the sequence without dropping the bar, add weight and attempt again. Repeat for a total of 5 rounds.
