Every 3 minutes for 21 minutes (7 sets):
Snatch Pull + Squat Snatch
– increase load as possible

WOD

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
1 Squat Snatch (135/95)
1 Ring Muscle Up
2 Squat Snatches (135/95)
2 Ring Muscle Ups
3 Squat Snatches (135/95)
3 Ring Muscle Ups
4 Squat Snatches (135/95)
4 Ring Muscle Ups
…etc.

Note: Continue to add 1 rep to each round until time expires.
