Every minute on the minute for 15 minutes:
Station 1 – Snatch x 1 rep @ 80%
Station 2 – GHD Sit Up x 10 reps
Station 3 – Banded Good Morning x 10 reps

WOD

In teams of 2, complete as many reps as possible in 16 minutes of:
Partner 1 – 500m Row
Partner 2 – 10 KB Swings (55/35) / 1 Rope Climb

Note: Rotate each time a partner finishes the row. Non-rowing partner alternates between 10 KBS and 1 Rope Climb. Score 1 is the total distance on the rower, score 2 is the total KBS and RC performed by the team. Partners pick up where other leaves off on AMRAP.
