SWOD

15 min to work up to a heavy 7 rep Overhead Press
Note: Increase 5 lbs from last heavy 7 rep Overhead Press.

WOD

For time (6 min cap):
100 ft Handstand Walk
20 Body-weight Back Squat
Notes: There is not a lot of time for this WOD so if you are not fairly proficient in HSW do 100 Shoulder Touches. Hardest to easiest would be facing away from wall, facing wall, piked on box, push up position.  For the Back Squat this should be accomplished in 1-2 sets.  If you can do it in 1 set it should be a decent struggle.
