Note: Increase weight each round.  These do not need to be touch and go but should have a quick reset between reps.  If you fail, take 10 lbs off and finish at that weight.

WOD

Handstand Push Up
Box Jump (24″/20″)
Power Clean (165/115)
Note: Continue to add 3 reps to each round until time expires.  Keep this workout moving, choose a modification that allows you to work hard for the entire 9 minutes.
