Bench Press
4 x 3 @ +5 lbs from last time
1 x AMRAP @ +5 lbs from last time

WOD

As a class, accumulate 250 pts per athlete:
1 Calorie on Bike/Rower = 1 point
2 Burpees = 1 pt
400m Run = 25 pts

Note: All athletes may be working at a time and all athletes are working toward the total goal. When a task is complete, give your total to the coach who will keep a running tally and move onto another task. Example, a class of 8 athletes would need to accumulate 2000 points all togither, it does not matter how many points each athlete accumulates individually.
