Single-leg Romanian Deadlift x 10 reps, each leg
DB Tricep Kickbacks x 10 reps, each arm
DB Hammer Curls x 20 reps, alternating
Hollow Hold x 30-60 seconds (advanced add Scissor Kicks)


In teams of three, perform three sets each for time of:
Row 500 Meters

Note: If you don’t have partners for this, rest twice as long as it took you to row and note your times for all three sets.
