5 Position Clean Deadlift Up & Down w/ 5 sec pause @ each position
(2″ off floor, 2″ below knee, 2″ above knee, mid thigh, pockets)

Complete as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:

15 Power Snatch + OHS (115/75)
25 Hand-release Push Ups
