    • The announcement of workout 17.1 is this Thurday night at 6pm and our 1st Friday Night Lights is this Friday from 5-7pm

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
6 Burpees to a 6″ target
12 Overhead DB Lunges (50’s/35’s)
6 C2B Pull Ups
12 Overhead DB Lunges (50’s/35’s)
