SWOD

Every 2 minutes for 16 minutes (8 sets):
Snatch Balance x 1 rep with a 3 second pause at the bottom
– build over the 8 sets to a heavy single for the day
– work on mobility to improve position between sets

WOD

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
1 Deadlift (115/75)
1 Hang Power Clean (115/75)
1 Front Squat (115/75)
1 Push Jerk (115/75)
Note: Perform 5 Burpees any time the weight settles on the ground
