SWOD

Every 3 minutes for 15 minutes (5 sets):
Overhead Press x 6-8 reps @ 21X1

WOD

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 Strict Handstand Push Ups
10 Strict Chin Ups
20 Russian KB Swings (70/55)

Cash Out

In teams of 2-4:
Sled Drag x 200m/team member
Note: Use 60% of teams average weight on the sled. Switch as needed (this does not need to end up being equal).
