Clean & Jerk Drills

5 reps of each, 2 times through the complex with an empty barbell:
Clean-Grip RDL
Clean Pull from Below Knee
Muscle Clean
Front Squat
Hang Power Clean & Press
Squat Clean & Push Press

Repeat with 95/65 lbs for two sets of 3 reps.


For time (18 min cap):
35 rounds of “The Bear Complex” (115/75)
– perform 5 Burpees every time the bar is set down
