1) Clean & Jerk – 2 X 6 @ 65%
2) Clean Pull – 4 X 3  – add 10-20% from the Clean & Jerk
Note: If a lift/set is missed, drop the weight 10 lbs and finish your remaining sets at the lower weight.


3 Rounds for time of (17 min Cap):
600m Run
15 Thrusters (115/75)
Note: To perform this workout Rx you should be able to complete all 3 rounds of Thrusters in 1-2 sets.  If you will need to break more than this use a lower weight.  However, if you are modifying the weight, it should be too heavy to go unbroken but light enough to complete in 2 sets.
