I’m posting a pretty vulnerable photo of myself. But, I’ve struggled my whole life trying to find the balance of nutrition for my body. There are SO many different ways to eat out there and I swore none would ever work. Im not into dieting I think it’s a waste of time. It’s like a yo-yo. When I started to hear about eating macros which I first learned from @cleansimpleeats I realized food can taste amazing be clean, and you don’t need to starve. Fast forward a couple of years and after I had my 2nd child I wanted to start eating macros, crossfit and breast feed! @katelynmarando Gave me my personal macros and I fully trusted the process. I know a lot of people struggle with how to eat. I believe it can be so simple and cater to your lifestyle. You just need to give it a chance

Station 1 – 50-75 ft Handstand Walk
(use partner assist to get the distance and time under tension if needed)
Station 2 – L-Sit x 60 seconds, accumulated

WOD

3 rounds for max reps of:
90 seconds of max reps of 10m Shuttle Sprints
rest 30 seconds
90 seconds of max reps of DB Thrusters (50’s/35’s)
rest 30 seconds
