1 x AMRAP @ 75%

WOD

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 3 minutes of:
3 Hang Power Snatch (115/75)
6 Pull Ups
9 Air Squats
– Rest 1 minute, repeat for a total of 5 cycles. Each cycle starts at the beginning.
