Every 3 minutes for 18 minutes (6 sets), complete:
7 Snatch-grip Deadlift
+ 5 Straight-arm Snatch Pulls
+ 3 Snatch High Pulls

– increase load as possible

WOD

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 Shoulder to Overhead (115/75)
10 Deadlift (115/75)
15 Box Jump (24″/20″)
