- All week from the 26th to the 1st we will be doing partner and team WODs
- Invite friends all week to workout with you for FREE! Or just show up like normal and we’ll partner you up! Register yourself or your friends HERE!

- Tuesday, July 4th – One class only at 9am
- Tuesday, July 4th’s Foundations will be held on Monday, July 3rd
- Beginning July 3rd the morning 8am and 9am classes will be combined into one class at 9am.
- 4th of July BBQ at Sol’s House/Amy’s (Gym Momma) B-day party!!!
- Starts at 3pm and goes till ???
- Beer, Burgers, and Hot Dogs provided
- Bring a side to share and any other food/drinks you want
In teams of 2, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
Partner 1 – Run 400m
Partner 2 – AMRAP…
30 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
30 Wall Ball Shots (20/14)
– score is total reps of the Box Jump/Wall Ball Shot AMRAP
– rotate after each run, pick up where partner left off
400m Med-ball Pass
– pass the ball to advance, you can only move while not holding the ball, if the ball touches the ground both partners do 5 Burpees before continuing
