Complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
3 Thrusters
3 Bar-facing Burpees
30 Double Unders
6 Thrusters
6 Bar-facing Burpees
30 Double Unders
9 Thrusters
9 Bar-facing Burpees
30 Double Unders
…etc.
Note: Continue to add 3 Thrusters and 3 Bar-facing Burpees to each round until time expires.

Level 3 – 95/65
Level 2 – 75/55, 15 Double Unders or 45 Single Unders
Level 1 – 45/35, 45 Single Unders

Back Squat x 20 reps

Note: This is to be done unbroken, you may not set the bar down and you should not rest for long periods of time. The first time you do this, start at 60% and add 5 lbs each time after that. If you fail, reduce the weight by 20 lbs and continue to build up 5 lbs each time from there.
