Every 90 seconds for 12 minutes (8 sets):
Snatch Grip “Hook Grip” Deadlift x 3 reps
– work on your grip here, reps should be touch and go
– increase load as possible
Complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
*EMOM perform the following:
Odd – 5 Burpees
Even – 5 Wall Ball Shots (20/14)
Note: Today is a day to really practice those Double Unders, so there is no Double Under modification. At a minimum you will get lots of practice in today, and for some of you hopefully you get your first one or begin to link them!
