5X1 Snatch Balance + 3 Overhead Squats
Note: Work up to 50% of your 1RM Snatch for your first round, then work up from there increasing weight each round.  If you fail, take off 10 lbs and finish at that weight.


EMOM for 10 min:
5 GHD Sit Ups
5 Shoulder to Overhead (95/65)
5 C2B Pull Ups
