3 Position Snatch (ground, knee, hip)
*Start at 50% of 1RM Snatch, then increase weight each round. If you fail, take 10-20 lbs off and finish at that weight.
20 min AMRAP of:
30 Alternating Burpee Box Jumps
30m Partner Carry
30 Partner Wall Ball
30m Partner Wheel Barrel
