1) Snatch Balance + Overhead Squat – 4 X (1+1) @ 90% of 1RM Snatch
2) Strict Pull Up – 3 X 5 @ heaviest possible, use bands or additional weight if needed to make these as hard as possible but still doable

WOD

For time (12 min cap):
50 Double Unders
then,
5 Rounds of:
5 DB Squat Cleans (40’s/30’s)
5 Muscle Ups
then,
50 Double Unders
