In teams of 2, with only 1 partner working at a time, complete 3 rounds for time of:
1600m Relay Run (100m intervals)
60 Alternating Med-ball Sit Ups (20/14) – back and forth
40 Alternating Box Jumps (24″/20″) – back and forth
