In teams of 2 complete the following for time:
30-25-20-15-10 of…
Wall Ball Shots (20/14)
Pull Ups

rest 3 minutes, then…

30-25-20-15-10 of…
KB Swings (55/35)
Push Ups

Note: Partner 1 performs 30 WBS, then Partner 2 performs 30 Pull Ups, P1 performs 25 WBS, P2 performs 25 Pull Ups, etc. Continue to alternate in this manner until P1 performs the 10 WBS and P2 performs the 10 Pull Ups, then start over and have P2 perform the WBS and P1 perform the Pull Ups. Use this same format for the KBS/Push Up couplet.
