10 min Max Calorie Row, switch every 20 strokes
    rest 3 min, then
Part 2 – for time:
200 Wall Balls down the wall
200 Pull Ups (human assisted only)
400m Partner Carry
*2 Partners must be carried at all times. Switch as needed.
