2 – Deadlifts (275/195)
3 – Handstand Push Ups
4 – Box Jumps (24″/20″)
5 – C2B Pull Ups
6 – Burpees
7 – Double Unders
8 – KB Swings (55/35)
9 – Thrusters (95/65)
10 – Toes to Bar
11 – Wall Ball (20/14)
12 – Snatch (95/65)
This workout will be performed just like the song.  The first round will be 1 100m run; the second round will be 2 Deadlifts and 1 100m Run; the third round will be 3 HSPU, 2 Deadlifts, and 1 100m Run; etc.
