10am Partner WOD – Community Class

“Pet Rock”

3 Rounds for time of:
30 Pull Ups
60 Push Ups
90 Squats
400m Run
Note: Only one partner may work at a time, except during the run which will be completed together.  While one partner is working the other will be holding a “Pet Rock” which is a KB weighing at least 45 lbs.  The “Pet Rock” may not be set down or rested against anything at any point during the workout or a 10 Burpee penalty must be completed.
