Our Weightlifting classes focus primarily on achieving proficiency in the Snatch, Clean, and Jerk – commonly known as the Olympic lifts. Athletes will perform these movements and variations of them along with Squats, Presses, Pulls from the Floor, Core work, and more in support of the Olympic lifts. Each class is capped at 10 athletes and focuses on the needs and level of each athlete to ensure proper progression and safety.

Currently our programming for these classes follows Barbell WOD by California Strength.
